Strict Production Quality Control

a) Raw material control

We will have IQC 100% inspection on all incoming watch accessories to ensure quality and safety.

b) Workshop

Now, we have a high-level dust-free wristwatch workshop, and every worker is forced to wear clip caps and shoe covers. Before they enter the workshop, there is an air shower room to maintain hygiene. Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

c) Quality control

Full inspection of every watch accessory, watch case inspection, waterproof inspection, pressure inspection, all these inspections to ensure that the product meets the quality requirements

c2. Packaging quality control

Workers will check the product function again before packaging, whether there is dust on the outside, and each watch is 100% tested

d) Quality complaints

If any customer complains about quality, we will forward it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager. Usually, we will hold meetings with production, purchasing and packaging departments within 12 hours, and provide feedback and solutions within 24 hours.
